Scuba Diving in the Fiji Islands
Scuba Dive on the Astrolabe Reef
As the only certified PADI Diving Resort on Ono Island, we offer a professional, safe and relaxed scuba diving in Fiji experience. We have intimate and comprehensive knowledge of the Great Astrolabe Reef so always know the best sites for the daily weather conditions. Given the small size of the Resort and the large size of the dive boat, diving and snorkeling group sizes are always relaxed and comfortable. Most of our dive sites can be snorkeled giving options for the diver and non-diver alike. The Reef offers amazing drift dives in big open passages such as Naiqoro to the south east of Ono Island, to turquoise swim throughs at Alacrity Rocks. Any depth and any experience level will enjoy and respect the Reef and its inhabitants. You will see the Reef come alive with the most extraordinary and beautiful array of tropical South Pacific Ocean life. Nudibranch, Shark, Manta Ray, Eagle Ray, Dolphin, Whale, Turtle, Hump Head Wrasse just to name a few.
The Resort has access to special sites inside the lagoon that are environmentally managed marine reserves and manta ray cleaning stations which are protected by various village families.

Scuba Diving for All Ages and Skill Levels
Our experienced and professional dive masters ensure that, regardless of your experience, we cater to your individual skill and comfort level. From basic snorkeling to challenging exploratory reef dives, we make sure your scuba diving in Fiji experience is as safe and enjoyable as it is unforgettable. We create daily dive plans tailored to the requirements of our diving and snorkeling guests that factor in your experience level, the tides, the water conditions and the weather.
Safe and spectacular diving is our goal!

Proximity is Everything
The Great Astrolabe Reef surrounds the southern, eastern, and northern tip of the Kadavu Group. Ono Island has premier access to the best locations on the Reef. A 30 minute boat ride in any direction will have you at some of the very best scuba diving in Fiji and snorkeling locations. We believe you should spend more time in the water than driving to and from the dive sites. Check out this link to see our unique position. Zoom in the see the House Reef and zoom out see how much of the reef we have easy access to. Other resorts on Kadavu Island only have a semi-circle of access to locations given the length of Kadavu Island.
All of our dive and snorkel sites are within an easy 30 minute boat ride of the Resort.
